Can I leave a "Negative Star" rating?

As someone whos currently training for a new career and finding college a bit tougher at 52 than it was at 18, this app sounded like a major Blessing from On High, but I now suspect that it came from the opposite direction, instead! Upon opening -- well, _trying_ to open it, anyhow -- Im greeted by a 2-field "Settings" page, with only a nonfunctional "Save" button and no links or buttons for info, help or anything else!

Save your money, folks: I got this for free... And it wasnt worth that much!!
