School Notes & Assignment Calendar App Reviews

I found this extremely useful so far. I can save notes daily, save images/audio/video with it which is already a good set of features, but I can also create flash cards and set reminders which is very helpful. The summary section is useful too as it helps me go back through my notes to find a certain day. Worth a download!

Its moderately helpful but the interface is kind of extremely ugly. I feel that it could be redesigned so simpler and faster. Very good concept and very good start project though and I hope it continues to get updated. It does work as stated, just its really an easier way to keep all the school stuff in one place rather than anything new. Helpful though. Organized students do better than their counter-parts.

I cant get app to open. It says to contact them by a form but there seems to be no form.

I have the iPad II. Cant get past the first screen where it asks for the year.

I used the flashcards for a recent test... Loved it! The app is easy to use and navigate through.

This app is great! I can use my phone in class!

No way to delete reminders and cloud backup continues to turn on even after it is turned off. Unable to use in its current form.

I made a recording , saved it, and couldnt find it. Wrote a note, saved it, and couldnt find it. Couldnt find a menu for retrieving anything.

Theres no way to see your notes! I downloaded this app when it was free just to try it, and I was playing around with it and typed some random things to test a note and theres no way to see things youve saved...

This is such a nifty note taking app!. I really like how it covers all aspects of note taking, making it so easy to get lecture notes into a format that can be expanded on and remembered later. Recording notes via audio is also easy and gets note taking to an entirely new level. The reminder feature is valuable as it lets me see what is due and when. The interface is really well done and intuitive. The developers have done a fantastic job with this app.

Wanted to use app to track homework due dates and other school-related deadlines, but entering reminders into the calendar assumes there is both a test AND and an assignment due on the reminder date, such that the reminder is always titled as "Test: (test info), Assignment: (assignment info)." This makes it fairly useless since the vast majority of reminders I need to make are for assignments, but the greater portion of the assignment info is obscured since the title then starts with "Test: , Assignment: ..." and then clips most of actual assignment info. Also, entering test and assignment info requires you to type the class it is for; once I have already entered my list of classes into the app, then I feel I should be able to select the relevant class from that list. Didnt bother checking out other features.

This is a very promising app. Pretty easy to use. It would be helpful to be able to make flash cards by using the touch screen (for example, if writing math facts it is tedious to type in numbers) or by downloading photos or diagrams. I figured out that once you save your notes, they are in the calendar. It would be helpful to have instructions as this is not intuitive. Thank you for making it a free trial.

Its portrait and not very easy to use I would definitely not recommend this app

Help! I just purchased this app and the main screen opens up to put in year and schedule, and it allows me to type that info, but it will not save! The "save" button is at the top of the screen and on the video tutorial it appears to be at the bottom. Noting happens no matter where I touch the screen! I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it. I also tried turning my iPad off and on again. No luck. I, too, cannot find any contact information to get help with this issue and now I have an app I paid for that I cannot use!

I have a hard time staying organized with my college classes and having a paper planner is most always something I forget to check, but I alway have my phone with me. I love this app, simple to use and everything is in one spot.

I tend to believe the positive reviews are from the developer, their family or friends or the company. This program simply does not work.

Now using 2.0, being able to send my to load my presentation in the app for absent students is a great update. (Also great for my homebound student.) As said in my review of 1.0, the students take their daily C-Notes, then do another entry that night creating their questions and summaries that I grade the next day. For review they are required to create flashcards in the app to present to the class using the overhead. Plus, their tests and assignments have be entered in their calendars as reminders. When they are absent I can email them the notes. I also prepare a flipped classroom lesson every time we start a new concept, and they are encouraged to download the video and save it to their calendar. I would like to know what part of this app "Just doesnt work" as stated by the gentleman that reviewed it previously.

Read some reviews that this app doesnt work, weve been using it for months with no problems. There is a pretty good You Tube tutorial available for those who cant understand the instructions. (Although it needs to be updated for 2.0) Guess some of these reviews must be competitors.

It will not Save the very first screen info. Needs some tweaking.
